Corman Railroad Group seeks someone to manage our Railroad Funded Projects.
Person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask with knowledge of payables/receivables and job costs.
Knowledge of Government related Grants and execution of those tasks are a plus.
Associate Degree or Business-related certificate.
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are needed and good communication skills are key.
Person needs to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the Funded Projects Process.
Coordinating project information between administrative teams to ensure accuracy of reporting and timely project progress.
Filing applications and communicating with Federal, State and Local government agencies.
Ensuring compliance with State and Federal requirements.
Assisting in bidding and procuring materials as well as acquiring appropriate approvals.
Gathering documentation data to prepare reports and ensuring accuracy of reporting.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
