Summary:
Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution as well as additional clerical duties.
Provide support and assistance to the sales team and general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Answering multi-line telephone system, paging, transferring and directing calls to appropriate person and/or department Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate employee Assist and support Sales Assist customer with order pick-up Enter sales orders into the ERP system Open customer accounts by collecting appropriate information, paperwork and recording it in the database as well as entering customer updates (i.
e.
, phone number changes, delivery schedule, special requests) Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the building (monitor logbook) Sort incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail Perform data entry Provide general administrative and clerical duties to other departments in the company Back-up departments as needed Repackaging bulk products Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Other duties as assign for various departments within the company Skills / Trainings / Certifications / Degrees Must have excellent phone skills Ability to use PC and various software Ability to professionally and effectively communicate company information Competencies Dependable and detail oriented Punctual Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality Have great attendance record Customer service oriented Must be comfortable sitting for long periods of time Education and /or Experience High school diploma or GED required Prior administrative or similar experience Job Type:
